Have a Hoot Freshly Made Sketches #451

 Wow, it’s hard to believe it’s already September! Sometimes it seems this year has gone by fast but other times it seems like it’s been an eternity since February when Covid-19 hit. I am ready for a new year and hopefully we will be over this virus.

I’m starting to work on my Halloween cards and I am entering this card in the Freshly Made Sketches #451 challenge. 

Card Stock

• Heavy whisper white 5 1/2 x 8 1/2
• Basic Black 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
• Peony Garden DSP 5 1/4 x 4
• Magic in the Night DSP 1 1/4 x 4 1/4, 1 1/4 x 3 3/4

• Black

Stampin Blends

• Soft Suede, light and dark
• Smoky Slate, light and dark
• Mango Melody, light and dark
• Basic Black Dark

For the inside I cut 2 strips of Magic in the Night DSP to  1/2 x 4 1/4 and glued them to the top and bottom and then stamped the sentiment.

I used a piece of the Magic in the Night DSP cut to 6 x 2 1/4 and glued this to the whisper white envelope flap.
